🔄 Syncing CSAT and NPS from HubSpot to Startdeliver

Startdeliver offers a native integration with HubSpot Feedback that enables you to automatically sync CSAT and NPS responses from your HubSpot environment into the Startdeliver platform. This ensures that customer feedback is reflected directly in your customer success workflows—without the need for manual updates.

✅ What is synced?

The integration captures responses from CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys conducted via HubSpot. These scores are then mapped to your customer records in Startdeliver.

🧠 How feedback health is calculated in Startdeliver

In Startdeliver, feedback health is based on a 0–10 scale, aligned with standard NPS scoring:

Promoters (9–10)

Passives (7–8)

Detractors (0–6)

Each new synced response updates the Feedback Health score for the relevant company in Startdeliver, giving your team an up-to-date signal of customer sentiment. This score can then be used in health scores, reports, alerts, and customer prioritization.

⚠️ A few things to keep in mind

The sync is one-way from HubSpot to Startdeliver (HubSpot is the source of truth).

Only CSAT and NPS surveys are currently supported.

Feedback is scored per company, not per individual, in Startdeliver.

• Responses are aggregated and updated automatically when new feedback is submitted in HubSpot.
