New: Keep Your Customer and Subscription Data Up-to-Date with Younium v3

We’re excited to introduce Younium v3 – our upgraded integration that makes it easier than ever to sync customer and subscription data from Younium into Startdeliver. This new version gives you full control over what data gets synced, how it’s mapped, and when it’s updated.

🔐 Secure and Simple Authentication

The integration connects to Younium using Client Credentials and supports syncing data from multiple Legal Entities.

🧩 Flexible Account Configuration

Customize how Younium Accounts are managed in Startdeliver:

  • Choose whether to update only, create/update, or create only accounts.

  • Select the field used to match existing customers in Startdeliver.

  • Filter which accounts to sync based on Customer Type and Active status.

  • Map both standard and custom fields from Younium to Startdeliver.

📦 Precision Subscription Sync

Decide exactly which subscription data to sync to each customer record:

  • Filter subscriptions by status, version, or date range.

  • Map standard fields from a single subscription.

  • Aggregate values across multiple subscriptions (e.g., ARR, TCV).

  • Extract maximum or minimum values like license length or notice period.

🛠️ Troubleshooting Tips

If something doesn’t look right or a customer/subscription isn’t showing up as expected, try the following:

  • Check the subscription filter: Make sure the subscription matches the filter criteria (e.g., active status, latest version, or date range).

  • 🔍 Verify matching field values: Confirm that the customer identifier (e.g., HubSpot ID or Company ID) matches between Younium and Startdeliver.

  • 📅 Check effective dates: If using date filters, ensure the subscription’s start or end dates fall within the defined range.

  • 🔁 Review sync settings: Confirm that the sync mode is correct (e.g., “Only Update” vs “Create and Update”).

  • ⚙️ Field mappings: Double-check that the fields you’re expecting are mapped correctly under Standard or Custom fields.
