Our Slack integration makes it easier for you to collaborate and stay updated on the status of your customers.
It's as easy to set up as it is to customize which events you want to be notified about.
Connecting the app
Step 1.
Download the Slack app in Startdeliver platform under "Apps". When the app has been downloaded you will be able to find it under Settings > Apps. Press “Click to start authentication” and allow Startdeliver permission to access the slack workspace.
Step 2.
When you have allowed our app access to your workspace, you will be redirected back to the Startdeliver platform and here you want to make sure that you click on "Save".
After you clicked on save, we recommend that you refresh the page to make sure that your authentication was saved properly.
Step 3.
Go to Slack > Right click and view channel details on the channel you want to add our app to > Integrations > Add an app > Add Startdeliver.
Step 4.
Go to the Slack app in the Startdeliver portal and choose the channel you want to integrate under "Public notifications channel".
Troubleshooting
No events are syncing:
Make sure you have a connection to Slack and chosen the right channel. Go to the app, it should say "Authenticated (revoke)", If it says "Click to start authentication", you need to enable the app (See above for instructions).
Check that you have integrated the app in the correct slack channel and also chosen the correct one in Startdeliver under "Public notifications channel".
