Impact is where you find reports and metrics. Here you can act on leading measurements, improve retention, and make the success of your customer measurable. We offer three standard views which is Customer overview, Health overview and Team overview, these can also be customized after your needs and for this it is recommended to book a meeting with your Startdeliver CSM.
Create a new Impact view
To create a new Impact view simply go to Impact in the left hand menu and click on "Create new view". If you however would like to create something custom then you are most welcome to reach out to your CSM and we will discuss it further from there to see what can be done.
